Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to direct customer payments for GPU compute infrastructure, server rental, hosted data processing, and related services from 1001380004 ONTARIO INC.

Usage-based services

Usage-based compute charges are generally billed for reserved time, consumed compute, or completed service periods. Refunds are reviewed based on the service record, usage logs, written agreement, and whether the service was delivered.

Service problems

If a service outage or configuration issue prevents agreed service delivery, contact us with the invoice number, service dates, and issue details. We may issue a partial refund, credit, or replacement service where appropriate.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel future direct services according to the applicable invoice, agreement, or written service terms. Already delivered usage may remain billable.
