Terms of Service

These terms apply to compute infrastructure, GPU server rental, hosted data processing, and related services provided by 1001380004 ONTARIO INC.

Service scope

Services are provided according to the written order, invoice, platform terms, or contract agreed with the customer. Availability, configuration, workload scope, and billing terms may vary by engagement.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use the services for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, malware, unauthorized access, spam, financial crime, or activity prohibited by applicable law or payment-network rules.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for their workloads, software, data, access credentials, licensing, and compliance obligations unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Billing

Fees, billing intervals, currency, taxes, usage limits, and payment methods are stated on the applicable invoice, platform record, or contract.
